I have created an inviting and warm space in my home to hold group classes and private lessons. This neighborhood studio located in Arlington, TX is welcome to yogis of all levels. I structure my classes in a way that anybody can follow. The styles that I focus on, are vinyasa and yin yoga. Vinyasa style will be all about synchronizing your breath with your own body movement. It will help you to build strength, create balance, mental focus and so much more! Yin yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga, the poses are held for a longer period of time, this will help to target the deep connective tissues between the muscles. Yin yoga helps to increase flexibility and the circulation throughout the body. The space for all classes will be kept at a comfortable temperature of 75-80 degrees. No matter what season of life you are in, yoga is something you can add to your routine that will help you to feel inspired and improve your overall well being.
My love for yoga started when I was pregnant with my first child. Yoga had a way of helping me stay connected with my body even while so many changes were taking place. After having my second child, I decided that I wanted to share my passion with others. I completed my 200 hour RYT training through Peace Yoga Studio in Mansfield, TX. With a desire to never stop learning, I am continuing my education and on my way to becoming certified in teaching prenatal yoga and to children of all ages. My goal is to make yoga accessible for the whole family. I offer family yoga classes, small group or private sessions and corporate yoga. Implementing this lifestyle into my own home I have seen the benefits it can have and I hope I can share that with others as well. I’m so happy you are here and I can’t wait to meet you at your mat!
